Requirements and fee for registration of chemical products for technical usage in El Salvador

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Power of attorney for sanitary registration, authenticated whether the consulate of El Salvador or Apostille, according to the model, that we will provide in case our offer whether accepted
2. Original Quali-Quantitative formula, signed by the responsible.
3. Product specifications issued by the manufacturer
4. Primary and secondary packaging or projects.
5. Original certificate of free sale, current and legal procedures to foreign products when applicable.
6. Original letter of Good Manufacturing Practices, current, and authenticated whether the consulate of El Salvador or by Apostille
7. Document of distributor authorization (in El Salvador) of the chemical product of technical usage, granted by the owner or manufacturer for the distributor.
8. If the product is manufactured by third parties, add subcontracting agreement, authenticated whether the consulate of El Salvador or Apostille.
9. Permission of importer of the Distributor Company of chemical products of technical usage.

PROFESSIONAL FEE:

Our fee for sanitary registration of chemical products of technical usage is USD 300.00, plus the official rates of registration.
